The company is responsible for the timely delivery of all services while maintaining the specifications/requirements shared by the customer when placing the order. As per our policy, customers may seek a partial or complete compensation if one or more of the company’s commitments made at the time of order placement are breached.
If our service falls short of the agreed-upon obligations, you reserve the right to request a refund as per our terms of service agreement. Because our business is to provide natural academic aid, we try to ensure that all our clients are happy with the quality of work they receive. That is why we have a good customer satisfaction rating. In fact, more than 95 percent of our clients tend to come back to us for additional purchases. However, if in the rare event that our services are not up to the mark, clients are free to use our refund policy or reach out for assistance.
For every content that we deliver, the client is entitled to 2 free revisions done post-delivery, at no extra charge.
However, we would like to stress that we can only provide a full and complete refund in certain circumstances, which include:
No Delivery / Partial Delivery / Cancellation By Customer
- No Writer assigned yet: Though an uncommon occurrence, it may occur. In this case, the client is refunded 100% of the purchase / paid price. And if such an event does occur, the client need not be concerned since they will be alerted as quickly as feasible.
- Purchase is cancelled by the Client, although the Writer / Expert had been scheduled/assigned: In this case, the refund value will range from 100% to 75% to make sure the Writer and the company is compensated for the time and effort they put forth in an attempt to supply you with the goods and services that you ordered.
- Purchase cancelled after more than half the timeframe has elapsed: After the Writer is assigned and more than half of the timeframe has passed, if the purchase is cancelled, the refund might range between 50% – 0%. This is done to compensate the Writer and the firm for the efforts they have made to meet your purchase request.
- Late Delivery: This may occur due to unforeseen reasons, such as the Writer being unwell or an emergency. To make up for the late delivery, the firm will issue a refund in an acceptable amount, negotiated and determined by the length of the delay and the circumstances.
- Customer being unable to upload necessary materials: There is no possibility of a refund in this scenario. That is why we advise all our clients to submit all relevant information about the work, including any additional sources that may be required when they place the order.
Work Not As Described
- Disputed claims: Please keep in mind that we strive to meet the expectations of our clients for all assignments. As much as possible, the firm will take the client’s dissatisfaction with the quality and specifications set out for the job into consideration and use it to resolve any issues. An inquiry to ensure the consumer’s satisfaction is made regardless of the result. If the customer’s claim is proven legitimate, then it will be honoured, else rejected (based on the investigation’s findings. In either case, we serve all our customers fairly and try to provide quality services that meet expectations.
- Plagiarised content: For the sake of objectivity, when checking plagiarism, a Turnitin report is required to claim that the Writer has assisted you with a plagiarised work. No other reports are valid or acceptable when validating plagiarism. If the customer fails to provide the same, there will be no return.
Duplicate Order or Transaction
- Accidental Duplicate Order: In case the client places an extra copy of the order accidentally, it is important to notify us immediately. A 100% full refund will be made by us if the order is determined to be a duplicate and inadvertently placed.
- Accidental Duplicate Transaction: If the payment for a single order is made twice or the payment is accidentally repeated after the initial payment, a 100% refund will be issued.

If the delivered work is of a different quality than was anticipated, please bear in mind that we do not provide grade guarantees. Further, the papers that we deliver are meant to serve as a guide, a draft example, or a point of reference only. Thus, they are not ready for submission and should never be presented as your own work.
Note: The previously mentioned reimbursements and price recalculations for delays do not apply in the case of a revision deadline. This is because the end dates are different for the original assignments and the revision.
If you are placing an order for editing, proofreading, or formatting services for an already written content, please keep in mind that any work done is on the content that you submit and originally produced by you. Thus, there may be errors of a contextual nature present, which were also there in the initial content.
Refund Processing
Once it is confirmed that you are eligible for a refund, the organisation will process it within seven working days after the date of confirmation. Do keep in mind that bank transfer fees, transfer anomalies, any delays, and Bank service difficulties faced are not the responsibility of the firm.
